Tuft & Paw takes shipping seriously and has organized their shipping to be transparent and flexible. For US shipping, there is a $20 flat rate shipping fee for orders under $195, and free shipping for orders $195 or greater. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. However, they do not ship to PO boxes. For international shipping, Tuft & Paw ships to a list of countries using DDP (duty prepaid) so there are no surprises on delivery - all fees are paid upfront at checkout. The countries they ship to include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, U.S. Outlying Islands, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. However, larger items can be especially expensive to ship, and the exact rate charged by the shipping carriers is passed on to the customer. Tuft & Paw is always trying to negotiate those rates down for their customers.

Tuft & Paw accepts returns within 120 days of purchase as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. However, the company cannot accept returns of lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included. International customers cannot issue returns unless there is a product defect, in which case the company will send a replacement. Customers must contact the care team at purr@tuftandpaw.com before returning any items to advise on the correct return locations. The company does not offer returns on even lightly used products.
