Even empty canisters can be returned within the 30-day window. To initiate a return, customers must reach out to the customer service team and obtain the return address. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Once the package is received, Happy Viking will process the refund within 72 hours. The refund includes the total amount paid for the item, shipping and handling, and sales tax. It is important to note that repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
