The Flash 2-5 Day Shipping (DHL Express) option takes 2-5 business days and costs $9.99 for orders under $50, $4.99 for orders between $50 and $99.99, and is free for orders over $100. International shipping is currently not available to countries including France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Customers should also be aware that customs taxes may be charged by destination countries, and Hapa Kristin is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes or refunds for orders returned due to customs issues. Once an order is made, it takes 1-2 business days to prepare the package, and tracking information is sent via email once it is shipped.
