However, this option is only available for orders shipping to the US, when fewer than 2 packs of contact lenses are purchased, and lenses are the only item in the order. The Flash 2-5 Day Shipping (DHL Express) option takes 2-5 business days and costs $9.99 for orders under $50, $4.99 for orders between $50 and $99.99, and is free for orders over $100. International shipping is currently not available to countries including France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Customers should also be aware that customs taxes may be charged by destination countries, and Hapa Kristin is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes or refunds for orders returned due to customs issues. Once an order is made, it takes 1-2 business days to prepare the package, and tracking information is sent via email once it is shipped.

Hapa Kristin has a strict return policy. Customers must double-check their order closely before checking out and inform the company within 6 hours after payment of any changes they may need. The company is not responsible for any incorrect info provided by the customer, and refund/replacement cannot be done after the shipment is already made. Refund or replacement cannot be done on ‘unwanted cases’ which include the color being different than expected, lens looking too small or too big on eyes, etc.
