Glow Hub offers shipping to the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world. UK delivery takes 3-5 working days and costs £3.75, with free delivery for orders over £25. Express delivery is also available for £5.50. Reduced shipping rates are available for selected European countries, with free delivery for orders over £70. For the rest of Europe and the world, shipping takes 3-7 working days and costs £27 for orders under £60, with free delivery for orders over £100. All international orders are handled by DHL International/FedEx and UPS via a fully tracked service. Please note that customs and taxes charges may apply for international orders, which are not covered by Glow Hub.

Glow hub accepts returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, but postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged or not fit for use. If a customer received a promotional or other discount, the refund will only reflect the amount paid. G
