Fatco offers shipping within the United States and internationally. Domestic ground orders are shipped from their warehouse in Glenn, CA, USA via USPS. They also offer domestic 2-day and overnight shipping, which uses UPS or FedEx. Ground domestic shipping is free for orders over $50 and can take 3-5 business days to reach their final destination. Flat rate 'Standard' shipping goes via USPS ground and 'Expedited' via whichever carrier is chosen. For international orders, they are shipped via FedEx, with Canada having the option to ship via USPS if it is more economical. Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by location, and may also be subject to additional duties and taxes.
Fatco’s Return Policy
Fatco offers a 30-day return policy for purchases made through their website. Customers must pay for their own shipping of returned items, and the company will issue an in-store credit via a gift card once the returned product is received.
