Domestic orders ship from Chico, CA via USPS or FedEx, with free ground shipping on orders over $50. Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days; 2-day and overnight options are available via FedEx. International orders ship via FedEx.
Fatco return policy
30-day return window
Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit (issued as a gift card). Customers must pay for return shipping; previously paid shipping charges are not reimbursed.
