Everyday Humans offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Some items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from being returned. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the return is received and inspected, the company will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Sale items cannot be refunded. If an item is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged for the same item. If an item was marked as a gift, the customer may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
