For domestic orders, Paloma Health only ships to residents in 17 US states: California, Texas, Arizona, Illinois, Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. For orders outside of these states, customers can still get the test and results, but will not be able to meet with one of Paloma Health’s doctors. This service is temporarily not available in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Rhode Island.For international orders, Paloma Health does not currently offer shipping. 30-day return window
Paloma Health does not accept returns for most purchases, but customers who have purchased an at-home kit have 30 days to change their mind and return it, as long as it has not been opened. There is a $15 flat rate for shipping and processing, and the company does not provide an estimate for how long it takes to process a return. Some items, such as services, cannot be returned.
