Paloma Health is an exclusive brand for patients with hypothyroidism that is available in 17 US states, including California, Texas, Arizona, Illinois, Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. The brand does not discriminate against any age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic background, or ability. Additionally, their at-home thyroid test is available in most US states, except for New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

For domestic orders, Paloma Health only ships to residents in 17 US states: California, Texas, Arizona, Illinois, Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. For orders outside of these states, customers can still get the test and results, but will not be able to meet with one of Paloma Health’s doctors.
