Paloma Health is an exclusive brand for patients with hypothyroidism that is available in 17 US states, including California, Texas, Arizona, Illinois, Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. The brand does not discriminate against any age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic background, or ability. Additionally, their at-home thyroid test is available in most US states, except for New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

Paloma Health does not accept returns for most purchases, but customers who have purchased an at-home kit have 30 days to change their mind and return it, as long as it has not been opened. There is a $15 flat rate for shipping and processing, and the company does not provide an estimate for how long it takes to process a return. Some items, such as services, cannot be returned.
