EltaMD Sunscreen's Shipping Policy

For domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states, EltaMD offers standard ground shipping. Shipping is free for orders over $75, and for orders up to $35, shipping is $8. For orders between $35–$75, shipping is $6. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.EltaMD does not currently ship internationally.

EltaMD Sunscreen's Return Policy

EltaMD's return policy allows customers to return their items provided they have obtained a Return Authorization Number from consumer affairs. Customers must include all components of the product in the return package. If more than 50% of the product has been used, the item is not eligible for a refund. If the item was bought from another retailer, it cannot be returned through EltaMD. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for all return costs. Defective or leaking products may be replaced within 90 days after an inspection by EltaMD. All returns must be processed within the 90 day time limit. Items that cannot be returned include used products that are more than 50% used and items bought from another retailer.
