Eargo shipping policy
Eargo ships orders via USPS First Class Service. Orders received and processed by 1pm CT will be shipped out the same day, otherwise, it will be sent out the next business day. Customers will receive an email from reply@mail-eargo with their tracking number once the order is shipped. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2-5 business days.
Eargo return policy
Eargo offers a 45-day right to return policy for their hearing aid devices and unopened accessories. The device must be in its original condition and not damaged or modified in any way. If the device is damaged, no refund will be given. Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the device and will be credited back to the original payment method. Eargo does not offer refunds on any products designated as non-returnable. If the device was purchased from a third-party distributor, customers must refer to their return policy.
