Eadem’s Shipping Policy
Eadem is a brand that ships to Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO addresses. They are currently working on expanding their shipping to other countries and encourage customers to tag them on social media to prioritize new locations. The brand processes orders within 2 to 4 business days, but often faster. Once the package ships, customers will receive an email with a tracking number and other delivery updates.
Eadem’s Return Policy
Eadem offers a 14-day return policy for all products purchased. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they must email the company at hello@eadem.co within 14 days of purchase. The company offers a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are advised to carefully read the ingredient list and check what works for their skin before ordering. The company will process returns within 3-5 business days, and once processed, it can take additional time for the bank to fully refund the customer.
