DRNXMYTH offers shipping to all 50 states and Washington DC through licensed liquor retailers. The brand is unable to assist with shipping as it is facilitated by third-party services. Shipping is available Monday through Friday each week, with a cut off time of 1:00 PM regionally. If an order is placed after the cut off time, it will be shipped out the next shipping day.

DRNXMYTH does not accept returned or refused deliveries. However, in case of spoiled products, customers can email the support team. By law, refunds or credits cannot be issued in the case of loss, damage, stolen, or perishability. Customers are encouraged to purchase Route Insurance during the checkout process to cover their orders if they are lost, stolen, damaged, or perishable while in possession of the shipping courier selected by the consumer. All claims for loss, damage, stolen, or perishability packages must be reported directly to Route within five days of the expected delivery date.
