The Whisky List’s Shipping Policy

The Whisky List offers shipping and delivery services to most residential or business addresses, Post Offices, and PO Boxes in Australia. They also offer free insured shipping for orders over $200 from participating partner retailers to metro areas. It is important to note that in order to qualify for free shipping, the cart needs to be over $200 from any single store and the delivery address must be within the metropolitan area of an Australian capital city. Delivery times vary depending on the location, with NSW metro areas taking up to 2-3 business days, interstate metro areas taking up to 3-6 business days, and country/remote areas taking up to 5-9 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number to track their order via the Australia Post App. If the customer is not available when the order arrives, a card will be provided for collection at the local post office. Customers have 10 business days to collect their order, after which it will be returned to the warehouse. A signature is required for delivery, and the person collecting the parcel must be over 18 years old and present their photo ID, order number, and collection card. Unfortunately, the driver is unable to call before delivery. The Whisky List also offers international shipping to a limited list of countries, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.
