Dram shipping policy
Dram offers shipping for their products from their facilities in Denver and Salida, CO. The drinks are shipped via FedEx while the other products are shipped via USPS. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order is processed, and additional emails containing tracking information will be sent when the products are ready to ship. It is important to note that DRAM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages by USPS or FedEx.
Dram return policy
