District Vision offers free ground shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states. Orders are dispatched within a 2-4 business day window and delivery to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch. All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. District Vision's Return Policy

District Vision has a 14-day return policy for any unwanted items. The items must be shipped or postmarked within 14 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for returning the item.
