Covey ships to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico using UPS as their standard shipping method. Shipping times for UPS ground are approximately 3-5 business days, with longer transit times for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, but are only available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays. If the full Covey routine is purchased, free standard shipping is offered via UPS ground. Sales tax is required by law to be collected on orders being shipped to California, New York, and Utah, and is based on the state where the order is being shipped.

Covey has a return policy that allows customers to return their products within 30 calendar days from the date they received them. The company will initiate a refund, which will be credited back to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days.
