Free shipping
BlueRewards members receive free ground shipping on all orders. Non-members get free ground shipping on orders over $100 ($9.95 for orders under $100). Two-day shipping is free for members on orders over $200 ($14.95 for orders under $200). Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern time are processed the same business day; weekend and holiday orders process the next business day. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, international addresses, or military addresses.
Bluemercury return policy
90-day return window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase and are free. Returns within 90 days can be credited to the original card or issued as a gift card; returns after 90 days are refunded as a gift card. All samples are yours to keep regardless of returns. In-store purchases must be returned at a Bluemercury store location with a valid receipt.
