Bloomscape ships to the 48 contiguous United States, but does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. The brand works with industry experts and their Grow-How® team to ensure that plants arrive in a healthy condition. Orders that are $150 or more (after any discounts) receive free standard shipping. For orders under $150, shipping costs apply and taxes may also be added.

Bloomscape does not accept plant returns at this time. However, the brand guarantees that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. There is no information available on how to return a purchased item, as returns are not accepted.
