Beneath Your Mask ship all in-stock products within 2 business days, but there may be occasional small delays if they are handling large orders. Shipping is free on orders over $60 for US shipping addresses, and $5.00 for orders below $60. Orders valued over $125 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), while orders valued under $125 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25 and a flat rate of $35 to the rest of the world. International orders over $350 ship free. Please allow 6 – 12 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of their control. They cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. All customs, duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Beneath Your Mask does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
Beneath Your Mask has a strict no return policy. All sales are final, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for general dissatisfaction. If a product arrives damaged or defective, Beneath Your Mask will replace it immediately. Customers must email support@beneathyourmask.com within 7 days of delivery to report any concerns. No returns will be granted after the seven-day period.
