Bean Bros has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods, such as coffee beans, cannot be returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. The brand does not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Any returned item must be within 30 days of delivery.
