Ayond has a return policy for their products. If a customer needs to return an item, they must first contact Ayond at support@ayond.us. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
