Asarai is not responsible for any lost packages, and any complaints or claims should be directed to the shipping carrier.

Asarai offers a return or exchange within 21 days of the customer receiving the product. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, but the company does not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.
