Artifox will provide a return shipping label, and customers must repackage the products as they were received, covering up the old shipping label and applying the return label. The package can then be dropped off at any FedEx location. Once the product is received in good condition, customers will be refunded, minus the shipping cost. It is important to note that oversized artifacts like Tables require the pallet and original packaging for returns. Unfortunately, all international sales are final. Artifox ships most of their products via FedEx Ground, and the shipping time varies depending on the customer's location. In-stock items typically take about 1 week to process and be picked up by FedEx. Customers can track their orders using the FedEx tracking information provided by Artifox.
