Fully offers free shipping for volume orders within the contiguous 48 states via FedEx Ground or Priority Freight. Inside delivery and installation can be requested for an additional fee. Shipping to Canada is also available, with the shipping cost calculated at checkout. Most products include duties, taxes, and clearance fees in the displayed shipping cost. However, some third-party products may have additional fees upon delivery. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is possible for most items, but some restrictions may apply. Shipping to other international locations is not available, but customers can work with freight forwarders to provide a U.S. shipping address and forwarding services.

Fully has a return policy that varies depending on the date of purchase. For orders made before April 5, 2023, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, except for the Capisco and Capisco Puls chairs which can be returned within 90 days. The item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed, which may take up to 5 business days. For orders made on or after April 5, 2023, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Final sale items are excluded from all price adjustments.
