Boll & Branch offers complimentary domestic US ground shipping on all orders. Customers who purchase a mattress will receive complimentary white glove delivery to any room of their choice. However, expedited shipping is not available for mattress orders. For other products, US customers can upgrade their shipping to 1 or 2-day shipping for an additional fee. The brand estimates an average of 10 business days from the order date to receive appointment outreach from their logistics provider for mattress orders. Boll & Branch does not offer weekend delivery, and 1 and 2-day shipments will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If an item is on pre-order, customers will be charged when placing the order, and the shipping dates are estimates. Pre-orders may be shipped up to 2 weeks before or after the posted date. Unfortunately, the brand is unable to make any changes to orders containing pre-order items.

Boll & Branch allows returns for most products within 30 days of delivery, except for mattresses which require a 100-day trial period before they can be returned. Mattresses must be in donation condition with original labels and used on a foundation or supportive slab. All other products must be in original, saleable condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and any discounts applied at purchase will be proportionally applied to the refund. Final sale items, gift cards, and international purchases cannot be returned. The company only accepts returns for items purchased directly from them and offers UPS return labels for all returns. The company does not offer exchanges and any returns or exchanges may be refused for any reason. Once a return is delivered to the warehouse, it may take 5-10 business days to process the refund.
