Haws Gardening offers free UK mainland delivery for orders over £74.99, which is tracked and signed for through DPD. Small items have varying shipping costs, ranging from £2.95 to £5.50, while large items have a shipping cost of £5.95. However, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland do not qualify for free delivery at this time. For European orders, VAT is handled by the brand, and the IOSS system is used for exporting goods. The maximum order value is £135 excluding VAT, and prices include VAT at a rate of 20%. Customs clearance charges and VAT will have to be paid for free warranty replacements being sent outside of the UK.
