Backdrop offers a flexible return policy for their products. Unopened paint and unused supplies can be returned without any deadline, and there is a $10 restocking fee per item returned. However, 5 Gallon Buckets, sample swatches, and apparel are final sale. If the original order received volume-based pricing discounts, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the returned quantities. For wallcoverings, returns are accepted within 30 days, provided they are returned in pristine condition. Memo samples, however, are final sale.
