Urban Industry's Shipping Policy

Urban Industry offers shipping services to customers in the UK and selected EU countries, as well as worldwide. Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day will be shipped the same day, and orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery rates vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected, with free shipping available on orders over a certain amount. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct, and Urban Industry is not responsible for any delays or fees caused by incorrect address information. The brand offers tax discounted shopping for international customers, but customers are responsible for any customs charges or handling fees. Urban Industry does not ship to PO Box addresses or international company addresses.

Urban Industry's Return Policy

Urban Industry offers a hassle-free return policy for all purchases. Customers have 28 days from the date of receipt to return their items for any reason. The original invoice sheet or a short written note with the order number must be included in the box. Urban Industry offers four ways to return items, including instant exchange, store credit, and refunds. However, there are restrictions on returns, such as items must be returned in perfect sellable condition, and shoes cannot be worn outside. Additionally, underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Urban Industry tries to process all returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods, it may take up to 5-7 working days to process a return. Finally, faulty items are subject to inspection, and the company follows the brands' warranty policy for all faulty items.
