Suta offers both domestic and international shipping. For domestic orders within India, there is a flat shipping rate of INR 150, but shipping is free for purchases over INR 2,000. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 6 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details. International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the order value and dimensions, with any custom charges or VAT being the responsibility of the customer. Delivery is done through DHL, and orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working days. Any modifications to the delivery address must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. VAT will be applicable on all shipments delivered in the EU, and the duty and VAT will be borne by the customers.

Suta has a clear and concise return policy for domestic orders. Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped and receive a full refund, but shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If a product is received in bad condition or with tampered packaging, customers can refuse the package and request a replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must raise a request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through the provided link. The items should be unused, unwashed, and have the original packaging and tags in place. Sarees with fall and edging, customized products, masks, and handkerchiefs cannot be returned or exchanged. The shipping charges for sending the products back have to be borne by the customer, and a quality check would be done by the Suta team upon receiving the products. If the return request is approved, the amount refunded would be only for the products, and the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. If the customer wants to exchange the product, Suta provides a coupon code for the amount of the product returned, which can be used while placing the next order. The company does not have an exchange policy for international customers.
