During peak seasons, such as Back to School and Holiday, it may take up to 4 weeks for orders to arrive. Orders of $50 or more from the online shop qualify for free shipping, while orders under $50 have a $5 shipping fee. Faster shipping options are available for an additional fee of $10 for faster shipping and $15 for fastest shipping. Subscription orders always have free shipping. The brand currently does not ship internationally to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Rockets of Awesome offers free returns for any unworn items purchased directly through their website. Customers have 30 days to initiate a return and can choose to exchange for a different size, receive a refund, or store credit. Exchanges will be shipped once the returning items are in transit back to the company, and refunds and store credit returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return. However, final sale items cannot be returned. Swimwear can be returned as long as the original hygienic liner is attached. If the customer returns any items for a refund, they will lose the Keep All discount received when purchasing the box and be charged full price for any items they decide to keep.
