Ridge offers free worldwide shipping on all orders over $34. Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Even express orders follow the same timeline. Customers will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking information once their order has been processed. However, if the tracking email is not received within 3 business days, customers should check their Spam or Promotions folders. Shipping services may vary depending on carrier reliability and extreme delays caused by weather or overall package volume. For international orders, customers should be aware of additional local taxes, customs, and duties fees. Orders shipping to military addresses will be treated as domestic orders but may be treated as international orders when returning. Unfortunately, express services are not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

99-day return window
Customers can return unused wallets in original condition within 99 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Ridge provides a prepaid USPS label for returns and issues refunds via the original payment method. Exchanges include free domestic return shipping and free replacement shipping.
