Ratio Clothing ships custom shirts via UPS, while accessories, gift cards, and swatches are generally shipped via USPS. In some cases, items may be sent with UPS or FedEx. The brand does not currently offer shipping to PO boxes or FPO/APO addresses, but customers can contact the brand to forward their shipments to these addresses using USPS, which will add approximately one to two weeks to shipping times.

Ratio Clothing offers a complimentary remake, alteration, or store credit for a customer's first shirt purchase. Returns and alterations must be initiated within 90 days of delivery, and the original shirt must be returned to the company for a free remake. The first shirt may be remade up to two times for free, and customers are provided with a free shipping label for US-based returns. However, remakes are subject to fabric availability, and shirts must be returned in re-sellable condition to be considered eligible for an alteration.
