Plot Wines offers shipping within Australia for their products. Customers can enjoy complimentary shipping for orders of 4 bottles or more, while orders of 1-3 bottles will incur a $9 shipping fee. Standard shipping is available, with delivery expected within 5 working days to major metropolitan areas, excluding public holidays. It is important to note that delivery timelines are subject to unforeseen events beyond Plot Wine's control. Prices on the website are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) and PayPal.

Plot Wines's Return Policy

Plot Wines' return policy allows customers to return their purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was marked as a gift, a gift certificate will be mailed to the customer for the value of the return. Otherwise, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
