Lumi has a standard 30-day refund policy for all orders delivered after December 25, 2020. Customers can request a refund before their LUMI product ships by submitting a Cancellation & Returns Form. To receive a full refund, customers must request a return within 30 days of delivery and return the product within 30 days in good condition and in its original packaging. All returned products must be unused. Lumi will process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
