Avolt offers shipping from their warehouse in Stockholm. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is completed and transferred to a carrier, customers will receive an email with a tracking number to track their order.

For EU countries, Avolt offers free shipping for orders over 99 €. VAT and duties are included in the final price of the order. For orders under 99 €, shipping costs will be added at checkout.

For Norway, Switzerland, and certain countries within the EU, the receiver of the order is responsible for paying customs before collecting the parcel from DHL or the local post office. However, for Norway, all customs and import duties are included in the total amount of the order.

Certain regions such as the Azores, Madeira and Porto Santo Islands in Portugal, and the Canary Islands in Spain are subject to customs regulations, and the receiver of the order is responsible for paying customs before collecting the parcel.

Once the order leaves the warehouse, customers will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. Standard shipping time is 3-8 business days to a pick-up point.

Avolt has a return policy that allows customers to return products within 14 days from receiving the order. To initiate a return, customers must send an email to help@avolt.com to confirm the return. The package of the product must be unbroken, with the plastic sealing intact. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight themselves. The return address is Avolt AB, Rådmansgatan 5, 114 25 Stockholm, Sweden. Avolt will not be held responsible for lost parcels during the return process. There is no information available about the processing time for returns or any restrictions on specific items that cannot be returned.
