Lovevery offers fast shipping for all orders. Domestic orders are shipped the next business day, with orders placed after 2 pm MST on Friday shipping on Monday. US orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while Canadian orders arrive within 7-14 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Lovevery offers free shipping on orders over $50.
Lovevery return policy
30-day return window
Lovevery has a 30 day return policy for items purchased. Customers must fill out a request form on the website and provide their order number and reason for return. Lovevery will provide a prepaid return label for orders in the contiguous United States and Canada. All items must be returned in their original packaging in order to be accepted. It is unclear how long it takes Lovevery to process a return. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
