Literati is a great resource for readers looking to explore a wide range of stories, both fictional and non-fictional, that present different perspectives on the world. The book clubs focus on progressive and diverse viewpoints and stories of overcoming struggles, but also offer lighter options such as page-turners, informative general-interest reading, and self-improvement texts.

Literati's Shipping Policy

Literati ships exclusively to the US. Domestic customers in the continental US typically receive their orders in 5-7 business days, while customers in Hawaii and Alaska can expect their orders to arrive in a month. New subscribers receive expedited shipping on their first order and a delivery window of 2-3 business days. If the delivery is missed by a couple days, customers can contact customer service for an extension on the return deadline. If the box doesn’t arrive within three days after the appointed delivery period, customers can also contact customer service for help. There are no shipping prices or costs as shipping is included in the cost of the subscription.

Literati's Return Policy

Literati's return policy allows customers to return any books they do not wish to keep from their subscription within one week of receiving them. Extensions can be requested, but customers will be charged the purchase price for the books if they are not returned after the deadline. The return process is easy - the book(s) should be packed in the box they came in, or a new box or envelope if the original was damaged. The package should be secured with the tape provided and the pre-paid return label should be attached. Store credit is available for books delivered within 30 days of the request. No other items can be returned. Returns are processed quickly.
