14-day return window
HNST has a 14-day return policy from the day the customer receives their order. To initiate a return, customers must contact HNST to receive a prepaid return label within 3 business days. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Once HNST receives the returned product, it will take up to 10 working days to process and review the return. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days depending on the customer's bank. Shipping costs are refundable.
