HNST's shipping policy states that all orders are processed within 2-3 working days, and unfortunately, no shipments are made on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for orders are calculated and displayed during checkout, and the charges depend on the customer's geographical location. HNST strives to deliver all products within 5 to 7 working days. Customers will receive a confirmation email after their purchase and an email with tracking information after the package has been prepared. HNST is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes that apply to the order, and all costs imposed during or after shipment are to be paid by the customer. If a customer receives a damaged package, they should contact the courier service or HNST customer service to file a complaint and keep the entire packaging and damaged goods if making a complaint.

HNST has a 14-day return policy from the day the customer receives their order. To initiate a return, customers must contact HNST to receive a prepaid return label within 3 business days. Once HNST receives the returned product, it will take up to 10 working days to process and review the return.
