HerringStone's also has a sister store, HeirLoom by HerringStone's, which was established in 2017 and continues to flourish. HerringStone's Boutique offers a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders, which are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, but there is no guaranteed delivery date. The brand does not ship on Sundays or holidays, and cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond their control such as severe weather or postal interruptions. Some items may be shipped separately due to inventory stock. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the brand dispatches orders ready to ship every afternoon before 3:45pm CST on those days. If a shipment is refused or returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the original and new shipping charges. HerringStone's Boutique does not offer international shipping at this time.

HerringStone's Boutique only offers exchange or store credit for returns. Customers must make return requests within 17 days of receiving their order and must return the items within that time frame. Returns that exceed the time limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back that do not comply with the return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Store credit will only be issued on the same platform where the item was purchased and cannot be used in-store. Once a return is delivered, it takes 5 business days to process. To start a return, customers must click the 'start your return box' on the website and select the items they wish to return and the reason for the return. Customers can choose to ship the item back to HerringStone's Boutique and will receive an email with a link to download a return label.
