Front of the Pack offers a 90-day return policy for their products. If a customer wishes to return an item, they must contact the customer service team within 90 days of receiving the order via phone or email. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. Alternatively, the company may offer a 30% refund at their discretion if the customer wishes to keep the product and share it with friends or family. The refund will be processed within 3 business days and may take up to 10 business days to be returned to the customer's account.
