Scooch offers shipping within the UK only, with all products sent using Royal Mail's Standard 2-3 Day Delivery. Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched the following day. Treatment plan orders receive free shipping, while all other orders have a shipping cost of £3.99. In the event that any items in an order are unavailable for immediate shipment, they will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges. Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before reshipment or refunds will be considered.
Scooch offers a return policy for customers who no longer need, want, or are unhappy with their purchased items. If the item is faulty, the customer will be refunded in full, including the delivery charge, after Scooch inspects the item/s. The refund process may take up to 14 working days, and customers must allow this time before receiving their refund or replacement. However, any orders returned after 14 days are not entitled to any refund.
