DTCetc’s Take

About Dogdrop

Dogdrop was founded by Shaina and Greer, who were looking for a better way to care for their furry friends. Dogdrop is a place where dogs can exercise, learn, and socialize under well-trained supervision. Their philosophy is based on the understanding that dogs need more than just fresh food to thrive. They need exercise, social interaction, and basic training. Dogdrop provides a safe and engaging environment for dogs to do just that. In addition to their locations, Dogdrop also offers physical products designed to help parents take better care of their dogs at home. Their products are designed with the earth in mind, so customers can take care of their dogs and the environment at the same time.

Who Shops At Dogdrop

Dogdrop appeals to dog owners who recognize the importance of exercise, social interaction, and basic training for their pets. These customers appreciate the safe, engaging environment provided by Dogdrop and are interested in eco-friendly products that help them better care for their dogs at home.

What customers love about Dogdrop

Here's what shoppers have to say:
  • Loved using the dog poop bags for my dog Iggy. They do the job well and feel very soft.
  • The paw wipes are awesome for cleaning my dog's paws while I'm not at home. I no longer have to carry around a giant pack of wipes with me, which is great!
  • The packaging for the paw wipes is compostable, which is extra nice.
Cons
  • The quality of the poop bags could be improved.
Negative reviews about Dogdrop:
  • The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful.
  • The facility is dirty and smells bad.
  • The customer service and cleanliness of the facility could be improved.
Negative reviews about Dogdrop:
  • The pricing is too high for the level of service provided.
  • The play areas are too small and cramped.
  • The toys provided are old and worn out.
  • The value for the price could be improved, and the play areas and toys could be updated.
