The brand is unable to deliver to PO Boxes via express shipping, so customers should ensure they provide a physical address to avoid any issues with their shipment. Shipping fees are determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied. Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to local policies. Rural or remote regions may require an additional 1-2 days for delivery. If an order has already been shipped, redirecting it may not be possible. Shipping times listed on the chart are calculated in business days and do not include weekends.
Cupshe accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner still attached for sanitary reasons. Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, and hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Gift cards and items marked as final sale or special sale are also not eligible for returns or exchanges. 3 piece sets cannot be refunded or exchanged individually. Customers must pack their return item(s) properly and use the provided USPS return label, which is valid for 21 days after approval from the Customer Care Team.
