Premium shipping is available for faster delivery, free on orders over $150 USD / $195 CAD to Canada and the United States, and uses carriers such as FedEx and DHL with estimated shipping times of 1 to 3 business days for Canada, 2 to 3 business days for the United States, and 2 to 5 business days for international orders. However, international orders may be subject to duty and customs charges, which the brand is not responsible for. Ciele also offers a bike courier delivery option in Montreal's downtown area, with a processing time of 24 to 72 hours. Standard shipping uses Canada Post and has estimated shipping times of 3 to 8 business days for Canada, 5 to 10 business days for the United States, and 14 to 21 business days for international orders. Ciele offers a 30-day return policy for all products purchased on their website. Items must be returned in brand new condition with all tags and inserts attached in their original position to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. A flat rate of $12 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping, but this charge is waived for exchanges and store credit. Shoes can also be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, but they must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear on the upper, mid, or outsole and free from scratches or marks of any kind. All stickers, tags, and inserts must be attached in their original location. All returned items are inspected upon arrival, and if they do not meet the requirements, the refund or exchange is subject to refusal. Once the return is received and approved, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed via the original payment method, and an email confirmation will be sent to the customer's inbox. It takes 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on the bank statement.
