Butternut Box offers a subscription service with the option to select delivery dates for the first delivery during the ordering process or through the Logged-in Pages. Future deliveries run on a regular schedule that can be viewed in the Account's Logged-in Pages, which includes the price and delivery dates for the next order. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, stock availability, and finalization of information on the Logged-in Pages. For non-subscription products, an estimated delivery date is provided during the ordering process, with updates given if there are any changes.

30-day return window
Butternut Box's return policy states that due to the perishable nature of their products, customers are not able to return any items unless there is something wrong with them.
