Subsequent orders are non-refundable unless shipped in error. Changes to subscriptions must be made 24 hours before processing. Renewal reminders are sent 48 hours prior, requiring cancellation within that window for a refund. Shipping costs for sample orders are non-refundable. Repeat customers cannot return products but may receive a 50% refund for donating unwanted shipments to shelters, applicable to the most recent order within a month.
