Orders are packed with dry ice to ensure the meals stay frozen and fresh, and the containers should always arrive frozen and cold to the touch. If otherwise, customers can reach out to the customer service team. Unfortunately, Pet Plate does not offer international shipping to Canada.
PetPlate return policy
Pet Plate's return policy allows customers to receive a refund if their pet does not take a liking to the meals. If it is the customer's first order, they should send an email to [email protected] for a refund. Pet Plate asks customers to donate uneaten meals instead of throwing them out.
