Unfortunately, Smalls is not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time due to the need for dry ice to ensure freshness. The brand does not ship to P.O. boxes. If an order arrives damaged, customers can contact Smalls for a case-by-case resolution.
Smalls does not accept returns at this time. Customers are encouraged to donate any unused food or share it with a fellow cat owner. The Cat Concierge team is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding transitioning a cat to Smalls food. If an item arrives damaged or missing, customers should contact their Cat Concierge for assistance. If fresh food arrives warm, customers should also reach out to their Cat Concierge as soon as possible.
