Smalls offers free shipping within the continental United States for all orders. Orders are processed within 6 business days and customers are notified when their order has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the day the order was placed, with orders placed Sunday through Wednesday shipping on Thursday and delivering by Saturday, and orders placed Wednesday through Sunday shipping on Tuesday and delivering by Thursday. Unfortunately, Smalls is not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time due to the need for dry ice to ensure freshness. The brand does not ship to P.O. boxes. If an order arrives damaged, customers can contact Smalls for a case-by-case resolution.

Smalls does not accept returns at this time. Customers are encouraged to donate any unused food or share it with a fellow cat owner.
