Alvar Pet offers delivery of their products through mail to the customer's chosen address or pickup point. For products that are in stock, the delivery time is typically 2-5 working days. Any known delivery delays will be communicated to customers through the online store or directly if they have already placed an order. Before final acceptance of the order, customers can view their order and delivery information in the e-commerce checkout function. In the event that a product is lost or damaged during delivery, customers are advised to report it immediately, within 14 days. Damaged packages should be reported to the delivery company or directly to Alvar Pet. The brand is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, but they strive to minimize such occurrences.

Alvar Pet offers a 14-day return period from the date of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and the return must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Products sold at reduced prices due to short shelf life are not eligible for return.
