If the purchase exceeded $25 and Boie paid for the shipping, a $3.50 charge will be applied and deducted from the refund. However, if the customer did not use the free shipping offer, the cost of both the product and shipping will be refunded. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of international returns and initial international shipping cost cannot be refunded.
