Bala's shipping team typically processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped using DHL via USPS, FedEx SmartPost, or FedEx Ground, depending on the weight of the package. Customers in the US can use the prepaid label included in their shipment and drop the package off at UPS or FedEx. Customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipping and should use a tracked option. Bodysuits, underwear, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Items purchased in store can be returned in store or online. Refunds should take 2-4 days to process once the return is received.

If a purchase was made using Affirm, the return or exchange process is the same as for regular items. Affirm will be notified of the return and will process the appropriate refunds. Customers should not return their purchase to Affirm.
